• Promote the establishment of fairs, exhibitions, seminars, chats, breakfasts, lunches, forums, etc., in its local or outside of it, in order to keep the members informed of national news, as well as the promotion of manufactured goods or raw materials in the country, as well as those imported.


• Bring official representation to members that request it and form it before authorities, companies or individuals.


• Act as an arbitration tribunal in commercial difficulties or issues that rise among members, as long as they submit their differences voluntarily to the Chamber of Commerce of Nicaragua decision, as well as the chamber will be able to solve discrepancies among its members as a friendly fixer.


• Act as clearing in bankruptcy or voluntary liquidations that are commended, having the Chamber of Commerce of Nicaragua the freedom of accepting or not the commended.


• Serve as an informative source of the uses and mercantile customs.


• Celebrate all kinds of juridical business, contracts or necessary acts to obtain their objectives.
